Contemporary Dance Education MA, 2. Semester
Gefördert von der Gesellschaft der Freunde und Förderer der HfMDK
I am grateful for the Deutschlandstipendium as it allows me the peace of mind to focus on this once-in-a-lifetime opportunity: to research difficult questions and receive detailed feedback that is simply not possible within the hustle of the working field. For the next couple of weeks, I am synthesizing several months of research on the Africanist presence at the Ballet Frankfurt in the 90’s. As a MACoDE team, we are also engaged in a practical research of the themes of Touch and Manipulation as a response to the #metoo debate. MACoDE is a full-time, a seven-days-a-week commitment. The Deutschlandstipendium supports this full-bodied commitment to knowledge creation in dance education.
